QNAP to withdraw Notes Station 3 and Qnotes 3
QNAP recommends exporting and backing up notes before Notes Station 3 and Qnotes 3 are removed from their stores on December 30, 2026.
QNAP will remove Notes Station 3 from App Center and Qnotes 3 from Google Play and the App Store on December 30, 2026. The company recommends exporting notes and making a backup before that date.
Support for Notes Station 3 and its related apps ended on September 25. Installed copies can continue to run after the withdrawal, but QNAP does not guarantee compatibility with future operating systems or browsers. It has named no successor for the series.
In Notes Station 3, open Settings and then Export. Export Notebook can export the current notebook or notebooks you select. Export to PDF (Beta) creates PDF files; QNAP presents PDF as a way to browse notes outside Notes Station. Download saves the export to a computer, while Export to NAS saves it to a selected shared folder on the NAS.
